QUOTE_AUTHENTICITY — fake/floating quote policy (Adler)
Adler is heavily meme-quoted online ("The only normal people are the ones you
don't know very well", "Trust only movement", "Follow your heart but take your
brain with you"). Most of these have no edition trace in the ingested corpus.

Verification rule
Every > evidence blockquote in concepts/, principles/, chains/ is
matched (whitespace-normalized substring) against the single English evidence
pool. Enforced by scripts/verify_quotes.py; invented evidence is structurally
impossible in the KB. A popular-quote-shaped query with no corpus match answers
NO_RELEVANT_KB_EVIDENCE, never confirms.
OCR-hyphenation convention (important)
The proof text is a djvu OCR of a 1927 print. Line-break hyphenation is
reproduced verbatim inside blockquotes (feel- ing, individ- ual,
over- compensation) so that each quote stays a literal substring of the
whitespace-normalized corpus. This is intentional, not sloppiness: it keeps the
verbatim gate honest without paraphrasing. Every concept/principle note carries
a one-line reminder of this.
